CUSTOM ORDERS

If you are looking for a different size or quantity, please feel free to send us a message with details of your request and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from our Vancouver facility via Canada Post within 24-48 business hours of order placement. Canada & USA shipping is free on orders rate of $70+. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail that includes your Canada Post tracking information.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY 

If you are not satisfied with the product, simply return them within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition, with a copy of the invoice and your full contact information to:

We will refund you on the same method of payment with which you pain upon receipt of the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable.
